Answer: The purpose of the study is to gain insight into the issue identified in case of leadership management in the workplace. The objective of the study is to understand the issue of change management which was identified as one of the core problems in the whole organization. Change management is a very critical function and hence mapping it to the business continuity planning is one of the best ways for the company to take the issue forward. Some of the potent research issue that we would like to explore in this research is shown below.1. Why Change management is considered to be so critical?2.
